Is your stock located in Australia?

Yes, all our stock is ordered directly from the manufacturer in Australia and comes with the appropriate compliances, support and warranty.

Where is the nearest Milkr Located ?

Unfortunately we no longer have any retail stores and only now exist on the internet.

Do all products have warranty?

Yes, all products purchased at Milk.com.au come with a full Manufacturer Warranty. The Tax Invoice is your proof of purchase for any warranty claim. 

What If my goods break within the Milkr Warranty Period?

If your product breaks within the warranty period you can  ask for Milkr Customer Service and send a E-mail to sales@milkr.com.au .

All you need is a copy of your invoice that you would have received with your delivery or had sent in the mail. If you need a new invoice sent out please send a E-mail to sales@milkr.com.au.

What if my order has not arrived?

If you have not received your order by 10 business days from the date of your order, please contact Milkr Customer Service and send a E-mail to sales@milkr.com.au

Which payment methods can I use to place my order?

You can pay with any Visa, MasterCard, American Express or with Paypal using our website.  

What if my item is delivered damaged!

If your item is damaged in transit, please be sure to report it to our Customer Service Team and send a E-mail to sales@milkr.com.au within 24 hours of signing for it.
Our team will individually review all goods damaged in transit and respond promptly.
